Once upon a time, a mosquito saw a lion sleeping under a tree. Feeling proud of itself, the mosquito landed on the lion’s nose and, with a loud buzz, woke the lion up.
The lion, being much larger and stronger than the mosquito, could ha ve easily killed it. But the lion decided to spare the mosquito’s life and asked, “Why did you wake me up?”
The mosquito replied, “I wanted to show you how powerful I am.”
The lion s miled and said, “You may be able to annoy me, but you are not powerful. Let me show you what true power is.”
The lion then roared and the ground shook. The mosquito was blown away by the force of the roar and realized that it was foolish to think it was more powerful than the lion.
